Little Racers OC: from a contact form to booked in five minutes.

A kids' ride-on car party business in Southern California. We rebuilt their website so parents can pick a package, choose a date, sign and pay the deposit online, and so local families can find them on Google.

The business

A great service, and a website that made parents wait.

Little Racers OC brings a fleet of kid-size ride-on Lamborghinis, a racetrack and a guide to birthdays, school events and weddings. Parents love it: their reviews say the cars "didn't go a minute without being used."

But booking meant sending a message and waiting up to 48 hours for a reply, and the site spoke only to Orange County.

Before and after

Same business. A very different first impression.

BeforeAfter

Drag to compare. Before: template site, booking by contact form. After: their own brand, a real party on video, booking up front.

What changed

Five things we rebuilt.

Booking

Before: A contact form. Parents typed a message and waited for a reply, within 48 hours.

After: Online booking in about five minutes: who's racing, package, date, rental agreement, deposit. The deposit is taken securely by Stripe and the date is held the moment it clears.

Pages and search

Before: 12 pages. No search description on the home page and no business details for Google to read.

After: 54 pages, including 44 city pages, each naming local places that work for a party. A search description, plus business, service area, pricing and FAQ details written so Google can read them.

Reach

Before: Orange County only.

After: All of Southern California: free delivery in Orange County, with travel fees for LA, the Inland Empire and San Diego spelled out.

Trust

Before: Reviews and a short mission line.

After: The same real reviews, plus safety answers, proof of insurance on request, venue suggestions and a step-by-step of race day.

Look

Before: A template layout with stock-style sections.

After: Their own racing brand: a drone video of a real party up top, their real fleet, and big clear buttons to book.

Online booking

Racers, package, date, agreement, deposit. Done.

Parents answer who is racing so the right cars come, pick a package and extras, choose a date, sign the rental agreement and pay the deposit. One event per day, so the date is theirs the moment the deposit clears. The owner no longer chases messages to lock in a party.

Every old page address still works and forwards to the right place on the new site, so links and search history were not lost.

What we automated

Behind the site, the whole business runs itself.

The new site was the front door. Behind it we built one connected system that carries every party from the first booking to the follow-up, so the owner stops chasing messages, payments and crew.
